Bulk Production Starts With the Approved Sample

The approved sample is the reference for bulk production. It shows the agreed shape, size, fabric, embroidery, filling feel, seam direction, labels, and packaging direction.

Production Reference

Bulk production is not a new design stage. The goal is to keep production close to the approved sample.

Controlled Consistency

Plush toys are soft sewn products, so practical production checks and realistic tolerance review are important.

Packing Checks

Packaging decisions should be confirmed before bulk production finishes, especially for retail, event, Amazon, or European projects.

Bulk Production Steps

01

Confirm Details

Review approved sample photos, product size, fabric, embroidery files, filling, eyes, accessories, labels, packaging, carton labels, quantity, and destination.

02

Prepare Materials

Prepare plush fabric, PP cotton, embroidery thread, printed parts, plastic eyes, accessories, labels, hang tags, bags, boxes, and carton materials.

03

Cut Fabric

Cut approved pattern pieces while checking pattern version, fabric direction, pile direction, color placement, panel size, quantity, and sewing marks.

04

Embroidery or Printing

Follow approved files for eye, mouth, logo, thread color, stitch density, print color, placement, symmetry, and fabric surface around details.

05

Sewing

Join panels and build plush structure while checking seam position, strength, alignment, limb attachment, accessory placement, and label insertion.

06

Stuffing

Review PP cotton amount, firmness, softness, limb filling, corner filling, surface smoothness, shape support, and weight consistency.

07

Finishing

Close seams, trim loose threads, shape the plush, check accessories, adjust surface appearance, attach hang tags, and prepare packaging.

08

Inspection

Compare bulk units with the approved sample for shape, size, fabric, embroidery, printing, filling, seams, accessories, labels, and packaging fit.

09

Packing Checks

Check OPP bags, hang tags, labels, gift boxes, barcode / SKU labels, carton quantity, carton label, compression level, and warehouse requirements.

Approved Sample, Materials, and Cutting

Before bulk production starts, the approved sample and production details should be clear. If details change after sample approval, production timing, cost, material use, and packaging may need to be reviewed again.

Material preparation helps keep bulk production aligned with the approved sample. Fabric and thread colors should be checked against the approved sample or physical reference.

Cutting accuracy affects shape, seam position, size consistency, and final appearance.

Embroidery, Sewing, Stuffing, and Finishing

Embroidery and printing should follow the approved sample and confirmed files. Small changes in embroidery position can affect expression, mascot recognition, or logo readability.

Sewing joins the cut panels and builds the plush structure. Stuffing gives the plush its hand feel, shape, weight, and recovery.

Finishing prepares the plush for inspection and packing, including seam closing, loose thread trimming, shaping, accessory checks, label checks, and hang tag attachment.

WisePlush Production Context

WisePlush is a self-owned plush toy factory in Yangzhou, China, founded in 2006. Production planning is built around the approved sample, material readiness, cutting, sewing, stuffing, inspection, packaging, and the confirmed delivery schedule.

  • Standard MOQ: 100 pcs
  • Bulk production time: usually 15-25 days after sample approval
  • Production schedule depends on quantity, materials, packaging, and season

Market and Document Notes During Production

Labels, package text, carton marks, and document requirements should be confirmed before production and checked during packing because they depend on product type, target age group, materials, accessories, destination country, and customer requirements.

WisePlush can review available factory documents and project requirements before production. If your order needs specific testing, audit documents, labels, or customer authorization, please send the requirement before production planning.

Packing Should Be Checked Before Shipment Preparation

Packing checks may include individual OPP bags, hang tag position, woven label and wash label, gift box or retail package fit, barcode / SKU label placement, carton quantity, carton label, compression level, product shape after packing, and warehouse or Amazon requirements if relevant.

Inspection reduces production risk, but it should not be described as a zero-defect guarantee.
