Turn Artwork Into a Plush Sample
Artwork may change when seams, fabric pile, embroidery, filling, and accessories are added. Small details may need adjustment so the plush can be sewn, stuffed, and shaped correctly.
Use the sample to check proportion, expression, fabric, color, filling, labels, and packaging before bulk production.

Send clear artwork and order details so the sample team can review the shape, size, fabric, decoration, packaging, and target market.
Choose the Right Plush Size for the Design
The same artwork works differently at 10 cm, 20 cm, or 35 cm. Small plush toys need simpler patterns and clearer embroidery. Larger toys allow more face, clothing, and accessory details.
- 10-15 cm: small gifts, keychain-style plush, blind box items
- 16-25 cm: brand gifts, event plush, and compact retail toys
- 26-40 cm: mascot plush, character plush, and display items
- 40 cm+: large gifts, pillows, and oversized mascot projects
Plan Embroidery, Printing, Eyes, and Accessories
Embroidery works well for eyes, mouths, logos, and small shapes when the stitch area is large enough. Printing suits flat artwork, clothing panels, and larger color areas. Eye options should match the intended use and target age group.
Small parts and accessory attachments must be reviewed according to the target age group, intended use, destination market, and applicable testing requirements.
Ask About DetailsFabric and Filling Affect the Finished Shape
Short plush helps small embroidery and logos remain visible. Minky has a smooth hand feel. Velboa works for many simple shapes, while faux fur and sherpa add texture but may cover small eyes, mouths, or printed details.
PP cotton filling affects softness, posture, and rebound. During sample review, press the body and limbs by hand to check whether the toy feels even and returns to its intended shape.

Plan Labels and Packaging Before Sampling
Options include woven labels, wash labels, hang tags, OPP bags, gift boxes, barcode or SKU labels, retail boxes, and blind boxes. Packaging structure and printed quantity can affect the quote and order plan.
For private label and retail orders, confirm tag position, bag size, barcode area, warning text, carton labels, display direction, and packing method before bulk production.
